Peggy's legacy book, "10 Feet from the Edge: Stuck in the Comfort Zone", is a story of sur-thrival...survival and thriving through tragedy. The book offers powerful lessons on how shifting our attitudes, making better choices, overcoming fears and eliminating negative beliefs can move us from stuck in our comfort zone to living life with PURPOSE, PASSION, and POSSIBILITY. She was a co-author of the 2013 "365 Days of Gratitude" and in December 2018 she published "BreakThrough: Create Your Best Year EVER! Workbook and 52 Week Planner".
Peggy has been an entrepreneur since the age of 25. She is known as "The BreakThrough Coach" to her business coaching clients. Helping them BreakThrough barriers and self-limiting beliefs and to discover tens of thousands of untapped dollars in their business - she hit's a home run when it comes to coaching her clients to succeed in life and business. Having spent over a decade in the sales and marketing field, she knows how to help her clients develop their market-dominating position and then deliver that to the masses for great growth in sales. In 2018, she Founded the BreakThrough Business Academy, launching it first with a very small group of business owners, then taking it internationally to help empower women in Nigeria to own their own businesses and create success for themselves. In February 2019, she launched the full, 12-month online program in the USA and worldwide.

She has held senior level positions in the corporate world and works with Executive Coaching clients on leadership growth, employee retention, effective communication styles and more. She can walk into a company and assess the bottom line issues very quickly and then coach the leadership on corrective measures. Peggy has coached leaders from The Trump Network and Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft and American Express as well as many small business clients and network marketing leaders.
She and her husband Bill own Brockman Enterprises, Inc. where she serves as CEO. They own the Florida Distributorship for Assessment and Development Group International, Inc. and provide the OMS (Organizational Management System) and JAX (Job Analysis Expert) programs saving organizations money with assessment tools for EMPLOYEE RETENTION and HIRIING the right person the first time.
In addition to being a part of The John Maxwell Team, Peggy is also a certified trainer of the Empowerment Mentoring program with speaking giants Les Brown, Paul Martinelli and Roddy Galbraith. Peggy is an expert in interaction and personality styles and speaks on how powerful that knowledge is to anyone who wants to create success in life and business.
Peggy has an extensive, award-winning background in sales and sales
management both in the media world and the network marketing/direct
sales industry. She led a team of over 2,000 sales entrepreneurs and
traveled the country training and inspiring them for success. In media,
she has been a television show host, a radio show host and a
business and leadership writer for Conexion - a Hispanic newspaper.
Peggy owned a personal and professional development school and
modeling and acting school and agency for many years before moving
to the Florida Panhandle. She has also been on the founding boards
for two non-profit organizations - one, an agency against domestic
violence and one an arts foundation.
Between speaking and training engagements, Peggy has passionately served her local community in many leadership capacities including the Emerald Coast Chapter of the American Business Women's Association where she was selected as a National 2016 Top 10 Business Woman in America. She also served as a leader for the Association of Talent Development, Building Homes for Heroes, the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women, and the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society board. She is a former Chair of the Board of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and was selected as an Emerald Lady gracing the cover of The Emerald Ladies Journal. The annual Peggy Brockman Leadership Award was established in her honor by Leadership Okaloosa County in 2005. She has also served as an Honorary Commander for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base and the 1st Special Ops Group and Hurlburt Field. She was selected as the 2019-2021 Air Education Training Command (AETC) Commander's Civic Leader Advisor for the 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin. Her feature cover photo and story in "The Emerald Ladies Journal" simply said, Peggy Brockman... "Making a Difference". That is who she is and is why she does what she does. Peggy is married to the love of her life, Bill, and they live in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. They have five beautiful daughters and ten amazing grandchildren around the country & Europe.
