The BreakThrough Business Academy is a 12-month, weekly online program designed to help you COMMIT to your personal and business goals, IGNITE the passion to keep focused and accountable and ACHIEVE personal and professional/business success. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 4 SESSIONS MONTHLY.
Session 1 – Developing a Business and Leadership Mindset. We will cover topics such as self-limiting beliefs, goals, purpose, attitude, being world-class, leading a team, sales success, positive choices, owning your power and more. These will be pre-recorded and posted in your back office each month.
Session 2 – Business Marketing & Customer Service – The success of any business is dependent on customer service, marketing and advertising. You will develop your Market Dominating Position statement, your 30 second and 10 second
“elevator pitch” (the answer to “What do you do?”), your website, social media, email marketing, event marketing, print media, television and radio advertising, etc. You will learn how to create your business plan, write your goals, ideas, resources, finances and more. Session 3 – Open Coaching Call - Members will use this time to ask questions, discuss challenges, share successes, etc.
Each member will post or message their questions on the secret Facebook page prior to the session so the Coach can address all questions. Any remaining time will be used for live discussion and additional questions.
Session 4 – Accountability and Goal Achievement – Accountability can be scary. Without it, we cannot have true success. Each participant will submit their biggest commitment for the 1st week of the month and the 3 biggest commitments for the month they will achieve and be accountable for. We will also share on the Accountability thread on Facebook what
those and then share when you succeed at each of them so we can celebrate your success.
QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS – There will be a half or full day interactive training workshop once per quarter. This will be used to help attendees work on their life/business plans and goal workbooks, etc.
ALL TRAINING DOCUMENTS AND AUDIO LESSONS ARE POSTED IN YOUR ONLINE PORTAL. YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A LOG-IN
In addition, you will be set up as a member of our SECRET Facebook Community Page.and that is where you will be asked to post all questions and assignments. We will also hold FB Live sessions to address those questions and any other training material for the month. Those will all be recorded and saved under Videos on Facebook.
